Refund Policy for Harvest Hoot

1. Overview At Harvest Hoot, we take pride in the quality of our farming and gardening apparel and accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how you can return a product to us for a refund or exchange.

2. Returns You can return an item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.
• The item is in the original packaging with all the tags intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

• Customized products
• Gift cards

4. Process for Returns To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact us at harvesthoot@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
• We will provide you with instructions on how to send the items back to us.

5. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. Exchanges If you are exchanging a product for a different size or color, please indicate this when you request the return. The replacement item will be shipped to you after we receive the original item.

7. Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
